I’ve been determined to do everything I can do in Adobe Photoshop in Affinity Photo. I love using the Affinity suite for my designs, and these past several months, I’ve been using both Affinity Designer and Affinity Photo seamlessly to create most of my designs.
One of the things I’ve been exploring is how to use the Pattern Layer in Affinity Photo. I’ve created so many patterns using this pattern layer that I can willingly admit. It is so fun, and you can spend hours just playing with your brushes and see how quickly you can create a fun and unique design.
I now have several backgrounds in my asset library that I can use any time I need to add depth or texture to my designs.
If you’re using the Affinity suite, I hope you give this pattern layer in Affinity Photo a try; I think you’ll like it.
