These past several weeks I have been enjoying creating modern style damask patterns. There is something special about patterns that feel both familiar and fresh, bringing the beauty of traditional design into a style that feels right at home today. My new Timeless Manor Collection draws inspiration from classic damask ornamentation and graceful botanical forms, pairing flowing scrollwork and delicate leafy motifs with a soft, thoughtfully chosen palette. The collection is available in several colorways, but today I am describing my current favorite two. A slate blue and soft sage, and romantic blush pink. These two colorways offer two distinct moods while maintaining a cohesive, timeless look.

The collection features three coordinating patterns, each designed to bring its own character to a product while working beautifully alongside the others. The statement damask makes a bold yet graceful impression, the ornamental botanical coordinate adds delicate detail, and the petite leafy sprig provides a simple, versatile option for balancing the more intricate designs. Together, they offer a lovely foundation for products that celebrate classic style with a fresh, modern sensibility.
Meet the Patterns
The Signature Damask
The hero pattern features an elegant arrangement of stylized botanical shapes, sweeping leaves, and intricate curling scrollwork. Its symmetrical composition gives it a sense of traditional grandeur, while the restrained color palette keeps the overall look fresh and approachable. This pattern would be beautiful on decorative pillows, statement bedding, upholstered accents, and curtains. It could also bring a refined touch to stationery, gift wrap, and sophisticated apparel pieces.
The Ornamental Botanical
This coordinating pattern features smaller, decorative botanical motifs with delicate flourishes and fine detailing. Its repeating arrangement creates a graceful rhythm that complements the larger damask without competing for attention. I can envision this design on quilt blocks, table linens, tea towels, journals, and gift packaging. It would also make a lovely choice for smaller-scale accessories and complementary products within a coordinated home or lifestyle collection.
The Petite Leaf Sprig
The final pattern brings a quieter, more understated touch to the collection with its delicate leafy sprigs arranged in an airy, repeating layout. Its simplicity provides a natural balance to the more elaborate designs, making it an especially versatile coordinate. This pattern would work beautifully for pajamas, lightweight apparel, nursery accessories, bedding, and everyday stationery. It could also serve as a subtle accent on kitchen textiles and other products where a gentle botanical print is just the right finishing touch.
The Timeless Manor Collection is a celebration of enduring pattern, graceful botanical details, and the beauty of a well-coordinated design story. Whether paired together or used individually, these patterns offer opportunities to bring a little classic elegance to everyday products. Both colorways are available for licensing, and I would love to see where these designs might find a home. If you are interested in licensing this collection for your next project, please get in touch. I would be delighted to explore the possibilities with you.
